Monday -Thursday 4:30pm-11pm
- $75 Guarantee
- $25/hour for visits made if called out
- $.80/mile traveled
Weekly Pay!
- Prior experience preferred, but not required - WE WILL TRAIN!
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up to date car insurance REQUIRED
Responsibilities
The Home Health Aide is directly responsible for aiding in at-home care for an elderly clientele, including basic therapeutic services, personal care activities and medication administration. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Visiting patients in-home and performing specified tasks outlined in personalized care plans
- Performing simple therapeutic tasks, under the supervision of onsite physical, occupational and speech-language therapists
- Aiding patients with personal care activities, including bathing, shampooing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving and dressing
- Administering medications under the supervision of an onsite RN
- Reporting observed changes in patients’ conditions and/or needs to Grane RNs or therapists
- Ensuring a safe environment for patients and observing/reporting potential areas of risk
- Submitting ongoing patient documentation, as instructed
Additional responsibilities as required by specific patients and medical staff

Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. A request for exemption can be submitted and will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
