Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

• Greet and assist guests, visitors, and residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Manage reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs
• Monitor building security and safety systems
• Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and logs of guest interactions and requests
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide up-to-date recommendations
• $16-$18 hourly

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions in Victor and surrounding regions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus
