Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Server to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing efficient, organized, and customer-focused service.

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items, specials, and beverages
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests
• Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with side work duties as assigned
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
• $16 - $17/hr

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided)
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handling/sanitation licenses and certificates
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills for operating POS and payroll systems
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays and plates efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
