Position Overview: As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health and stability of our organization. You will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, Medicaid, financial reporting, cash management, and strategic financial planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing insurance matters and human resources related to financial aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions across multiple bank accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and manage funds to ensure liquidity and cover operational expenses.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and audits of financial accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with senior management and department heads.
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis.
- Provide financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Insurance and Risk Management:
- Manage insurance policies, including renewals, claims processing, and coverage reviews.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
- Human Resources (Financial Aspect):
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs and retirement plans.
- Collaborate with Operations on financial implications of staffing decisions.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
