Job Details
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) administers and ensures that the dining experience, at the highest level, in Senior Living Facilities is nutritionally sound, safe, healthy, and fulfilling for all Resident’s.
- The CDM makes certain that the nutritional screening, food preferences, and food acceptance are accurately obtained, monitored, and recorded in the medical record in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
- Collaborates with Registered Dietitian (RD) on a continuing basis to ensure all residents are receiving optimal care as it relates to food and nutrition.
- The CDM will also ensure that any food and/or fluid-related interventions are added to plans of care.
