Position Summary:
Serving meals and beverages to residents, their families, and guests is the primary responsibility of a Server at Senior Living Communities. This position ensures the cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, beverage machines, and all other workspaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves meals tableside with a warm, friendly, courteous, respectful, and engaging demeanor.
- Hel.ps Team Members in setting up and breaking down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals.
- Participates in training new Team Members.
- Assists with special events, private dining functions, and catering for special guests.
- Cleans tables, replaces linens, sets tables, and maintains a clean and attractive dining environment.
- Cleans equipment, furniture, appliances, floors, drains, storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and sinks according to schedule.
- Ensures a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
- Stores and retrieves residents' assistive devices during mealtimes.
- Participates in scheduled in-service training and education programs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

- May be exposed to minimal to moderate noise and exposure to blood and/or body fluids.
Travel and Education Requirements:
- No travel is expected, but occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position is desired.
- Familiarity with software and office equipment is essential.
