About the Role
We are now accepting applications for Caregivers/CNA/MedTechs in Assisted Living/Memory Care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care in a supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care for seniors, adapting to individual needs and special requirements.
- Follow care plans as directed by supervising nurses, ensuring accurate medication administration and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Transfer clients from chairs, toilets, beds, and vehicles, while prioritizing comfort and safety.
- Maintain effective communication with healthcare teams, providing regular updates and actionable data.
Requirements
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a specified time frame per offer letter.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Electronic Records and software proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs and push up to 250 pounds independently is essential.
Travel Requirements
No travel is expected; occasional travel may be required for training sessions, continuing education opportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions.
