Looking for a Senior Living Sales Team Member in Onondaga County. The chosen candidate will possess a proven sales record and is motivated by quality and the thrill of the sale.
Sales Manager Responsibilities include :
- Generate qualified leads to the Community by creating an understanding of the value of the Community through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail, and other marketing vehicles.
- Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries and recording consistent and appropriate follow up communication with both new and active inquires and prospective residents.
- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document in Community’s CRM database.
- Respond to all inquiries timely, discover needs in a kind, genuine fashion while offering support and industry knowledge.
- Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents and interested parties.
- Close sales to meet company goals.
