Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications accurately and safely under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report observations to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to provide quality care to seniors.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer residents, with tasks requiring physical dexterity.

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on location and experience.
