Additionally, this role facilitates the move-in process and builds and maintains relationships with organizations associated with senior housing.

Main Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue goals through professional relationships and ongoing education of services to referral sources
- Maintain accurate and current MatrixCare Marketing lead's database
- Facilitate the move-in process
- Build and maintain relationships with senior housing organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Communications
- Three to five years of experience in a Retirement Community, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Assisted Living
- Three to five years of direct sales experience
- Knowledge of community rules and regulations, as well as applicable move-in and move-out procedures
- Able to demonstrate positive leadership and spokesperson skills
- Computer literacy
