Northpointe Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Activities Assistant to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Activities Assistant

• Assists with the overall planning and implementation of a varied activity program designed to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of residents.
• Assists with preparing and distributing the monthly calendar and newsletter.
• Performs and directs the movement of residents to and from recreational areas.
• Plans and coordinates activities in the absence of the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
  
  

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have

• High School degree required.
• One year experience in a social or recreational program in a licensed health care setting preferred.
• Background in music, art, drama, and dance therapy preferred.
  
  

Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
