About The Role

The Scheduler of Innovative Home Services support the operations of the private duty program at Freedom Village of Bradenton, our senior living community.

You Are Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will...

• Be part of the leadership team for a thriving private duty program
• Coordinate and manage client scheduling
• Perform billing and payroll
• Help residents learn about private duty and assist them with selecting services
• Instruct associates about providing excellent care with a high level of customer service
  
  

We Are Excited About You Because You...

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification upon hire
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• One year experience working with older adults or in a related health care setting preferred
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
