Wage: $18-19/hr. depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Custodial Work: Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish common areas to ensure a clean environment.
- Trash Removal: Empty and sanitize trash containers and remove garbage to external dumpsters.
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize restrooms, high-touch surfaces, corridors, stairwells, and common areas.
- Light Repairs: Perform light maintenance tasks such as plunging toilets as needed and cleaning dryer lint traps.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure exterior walkways, courtyards, and common rooms are clean and free of debris.
- Experience: High school diploma and 1 year of prior cleaning or custodial experience.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing manual work and light repairs.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and basic English communication skills.
