Executive Director – Senior Living

Key Responsibilities :

Lead overall community operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, families, and team members.

Oversee staff hiring, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.

Ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction through quality service programs.

Drive occupancy and retention efforts while maintaining budgetary goals.

Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including families, partners, and local organizations.

Qualifications :

Proven leadership experience in senior living (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and / or Memory Care).

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and operational oversight.

Deep understanding of state and federal regulations for senior living communities.

Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
