What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Coordinator position at Senior Living Residences?

- Ensure bills are accurate and paid in a timely fashion
- Review AP invoices and manage entry into SLR financial databases
- Process, update, and mail AP checks
- Process monthly mortgages, loans, and rent
- Serves as a liaison to SLR communities and external vendors regarding payments, and resolution of billing discrepancies
- Prepare and file annual tax form 1099's
- Assist in year-end audit preparation and record
- Administrative office support
- An associates degree in Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years accounts payable or related experience
- Ability to take direction and initiative, will work independently with guidance
- Strong computer skills and technology skills, Yardi Voyager experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
