AVAILABLE SHIFTS
Full Time : Monday-Friday business hours with rotating manager-on-duty schedule
PAY & BENEFITS :
Annual rate starting at $65,000. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The EnrichedLIFE Director at Heights Crossing in Brockton, MA, is a key member of the community’s leadership team and reports to the Executive Director. This person is responsible for creating and implementing meaningful, therapeutic programming and an innovative whole-person approach that focuses on a resident’s emotions, strengths, and remaining abilities—not on their disabilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to map out a range of programs and activities for seniors, including coordinating external trips and scheduling entertainers or guest lecturers at the community.
