Wellness Nurse (LPN, RN)

The Resident Care team delivers personalized care to our senior residents in a home-like setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for all residents
- Lead and train a team of care associates
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and community agencies
Requirements:
- Certification: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Massachusetts license
- Experience: At least 1 year working with elderly and Alzheimer's populations
- Physical Demands: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate with residents, families, and physicians
