What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at Senior Living Talent Partners?
Essential Job Duties:
- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments to determine care needs, goals, and preferences, and contribute to IDT meetings for care planning.
- Deliver and document Occupational Therapy interventions per physician orders and care plans, focusing on muscle re-education, cognitive function, balance, endurance, and ADL independence.
- Supervise and train Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP).
- Provide training to staff, participants, and families on Occupational Therapy practices.
- Collaborate with IDT to ensure smooth care transitions and support end-of-life care coordination.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
