Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assisted Living Director (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct resident assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address the unique needs of each resident.
- Medication Management: Ensure proper medication administration and management, in adherence to state regulations and community policies.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of SC.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing, dementia care, and assisted living regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team.
