Position summary
As a Medication Technician, you will assist our residents daily by ensuring that their medication plans are executed properly, while also fostering meaningful connections with each resident. Above all, you should demonstrate a passion for serving seniors and help create a positive environment that our residents are proud to call home. Our dedicated care staff work day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care services
- Distribution of medication
- Follow the individualized plan of care for all residents
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report any changes immediately
