Job Title : Life Enrichment Assistant
Our senior living community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating life enriching, person-centered care programs and activities for our residents. You will work under the direction of the Life Enrichment Coordinator to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with standing and walking, reminders, and cueing
- Coordinate and participate in games, drawings, and events within our community
- Ensure that all activities are person-centered and tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of our residents
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Be sensitive to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents as well as respect their right to dignity and self-determination
- Act in a professional manner and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Observe and report any changes in the physical, emotional, or mental condition of our residents

Salary Description
16 - 19 per hour DOE
