We are looking for an upbeat, friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Primary Responsibilities
- Answer and manage calls through a multi-line online phone system, ensuring seamless communication with agents and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to support the business and agent operations.
- Update, maintain, and research agent data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with department-wide coordination of projects.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.) proficiently to meet operational needs.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks to support accuracy and consistency across operations.

- Reception & Front Office Support: Comfortable managing front desk responsibilities and directing inquiries.
