Fulltime - Salary

Beginning Pay Range : $110,000.00 - 125,000

Summary of Role :

This position will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by generating qualified leads and fostering relationships with key referral sources in the San Jose, Berkeley, and Hayward markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the senior living industry and a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Generation :

• Identify, target, and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the local community.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads for the senior living communities you support.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Proven success in a similar industry role.

Awareness of senior living resources and services, CRM mastery, and exceptional communication skills.

Preferred and encouraged.

Ability to travel to assigned communities.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and conduct tours of the community.
