Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with Medicare home care standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
