Job Title: Director of Nursing and Clinical Manager - Private Duty Nursing

Job Overview
The Director of Nursing and Clinical Manager - Region 10 Private Duty Nursing Program is truly a key role responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight of the private duty nursing program in our Ft. Lauderdale Office. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, interviewing incoming nurses, scheduling staff, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care from our Ft. Lauderdale office. Work with members of our Corporate team to continually improve and monitor care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for the private duty nursing program.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the private duty nursing program.
- Recruit and hire nurses for the private duty nursing program.
- Schedule staff for the private duty nursing program.
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
- Work with other departments to coordinate care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in private duty nursing.
- Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- RN license in the state of Florida
- At least 2 years of experience in Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) or TAT Compliance
- 5 years of experience in private duty nursing
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current trends in private duty nursing
