We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Tracker to manage patient eligibility tracking for our healthcare facilities. This role will focus exclusively on tracking patient eligibility to determine Medicaid needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medicaid coordination, preferably as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a healthcare facility, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills to support the Medicaid assessment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track patient eligibility across healthcare facilities to assess Medicaid needs.
- Experience in Medicaid eligibility guidelines, preferably as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a healthcare facility.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities .
- Conduct financial assessments with families to help determine Medicaid eligibility.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate very well, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
