What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant position at Senior PsychCare?
It is an exciting time at Senior PsychCare! We have been experiencing growth in the Harlingen area. Our company takes a team care approach in providing psychiatric and psychotherapy services to patients that reside in nursing home facilities. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience prescribing psychotropic medications to become part of our outstanding team. This position requires advanced Psychiatric Skill Sets. You must have experience prescribing and/or recommending psychotropic medications.
Support for SPC providers includes:
- Monthly Staff Meetings
- Regular treatment team meetings in nursing home settings/virtual meetings

Qualifications:
- Licensed in TX to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Psychiatric experience
- Experience with Geriatrics is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Driving Required
- Must be a team-player
- Must be adaptive and flexible
