Job Description
Full time cook able to make soups, stocks and sauces. Has past cooking experience with the ability to follow recipes and has knowledge of roasting, baking, Sauteing, broiling and braising. Has proper knife skills and knows how to handle food safely to avoid contamination and foodborne illnesses.
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years cooking experience in a full service kitchen. Food Handlers or Serve Safe certified.
