Senior Shield Home Care has immediate openings for experienced, compassionate caregivers for the schedule below:
- 20-25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday with some weekends
- Assist Shower
- Clean Dentures
- Brush Teeth
- Shave (safety razor)
- Nail Care
- Clean Client Areas
- Medication reminder
- Wellness Check
- Blood Pressure Check
- Prepare Meal
- Assist with Feeding
- Fluids
- Assist to transfers
- Wheelchair
- Walker
- Infection control
- Choking (if the client is prone when eating)
- Change bed linens
- Make client bed
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Light cleaning
- Transport
- 5 years of professional caregiving experience
- Compassion for our senior and disabled clients
- CNA certified
- CPR/First Aid
- Current TB clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistive devices
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to occasionally transport patients
- A great attitude is a must!
- $18-$20 per hour depending on experience
Salary : $18 - $20
