As a Medication Manager at Senior Star, you have a significant impact on the lives of our residents and the culture of our community. You are an essential part of our family, dedicated to providing compassionate care and ensuring the well-being of those you serve.
Your Role as a Medication Manager:
- Provide care and assistance to residents, including support with activities of daily living.
- Observe and monitor residents’ behavior and changes in condition.
- Administer medications accurately to assisted living and memory care residents.
- Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories.
- Chart and maintain accurate records of all medication administration and care services.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, ensuring their needs are met with care and respect.
- Participate in resident programs and activities, fostering engagement and joy.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Certified Medication Manager (required).
