As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the feeling of home within our community and with each individual resident all while ensuring the residents receive world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness: Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and designated spaces, ensuring a hygienic and inviting atmosphere.
- Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings are immaculately clean and well-maintained.
- Laundry Services: Handle resident laundry with care, ensuring clothes are cleaned, folded, and delivered promptly.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with fellow team members and management to uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the community.
- Respectful and Caring Approach: Interact with residents and staff in a friendly, respectful, and courteous manner, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome individuals with a passion for creating tidy and organized spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
