Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Outreach Specialist, you will :
Develop Relationships : Build connections with local organizations, businesses, and referral sources to attract potential residents and foster enriching partnerships.
Marketing & Outreach : Host referral luncheons, present marketing materials, and collaborate with the leasing team to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
Resident Engagement : Work with residents and community ambassadors to highlight the vibrancy of the Senior Star® experience.
Plan & Support Events : Assist in coordinating events and activities that showcase the community, ensuring they align with marketing and sales objectives. (Event planning experience preferred, but not required.)
Administrative Excellence : Track outreach activities, manage budgets, and maintain records in Yardi and other systems.
What You Bring
Experience : Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred.
Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Creativity : An innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Professionalism : A dependable and self-motivated attitude with a polished demeanor.
Passion for Seniors : A genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors and embody the Senior Star® mission.
Flexibility : Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on outreach and event needs.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
Valid driver’s license for travel as needed.
