POSITION SUMMARY : The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for overall care of assigned residents and supervision of direct care staff in the community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience in long-term healthcare as a LPN preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
