A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for keeping our facility operating smoothly and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Responsibilities and Purpose
- Performing routine maintenance around the building.
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Desired Experience and Education
- A valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Knowledge of basic repairing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
- Experience in a nursing home environment is a plus.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
