What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Night Shift) position at Senior Village Nursing and Rehab?
Senior Village Nursing Home has an ongoing need to fill positions with compassionate Practical Nurses that enjoy working with long term care residents.
He/She will be responsible for the care of the residents in a designated area of the facility. He/She communicates with off going and arriving shifts of personnel to assure the continuum of quality of care. Makes rounds, evaluating the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents making sure these are being met through the staff. . Prepares and administers medications according to procedures. Consults with physicians, receives, records and transcribes orders as required. Documents on records as per policy and procedures of the facility.
