LPN (Weekend Special)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, acute care facilities, and primary care clinics.

The Schedule for the shift is for 16 hours on Saturdays and 16 hours on Sundays, every weekend. You work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours. (Weekend Special)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and update medical records
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and self-care techniques

Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in dementia care, geriatrics, memory care, and urgent care is preferred
- Proficiency in acute pain management and primary care procedures
- Knowledge of medical systems, suture techniques, and sonography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
