Position: Experienced Caregiver
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Service Areas: Elkhart
Shifts: All shifts (days and nights) available

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and cleaning
- Prepare and cook meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Aid with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility and walking
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide transportation and run errands as needed
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 to 3 years of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Auto Insurance
- Pass a drug screening and national background check
- Current TB Test
- Experience in caregiving techniques, home care, and elder care
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Ability to offer both physical and emotional support
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Dementia (preferred)
