Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bronx, NY for an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). The EMT will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, transporting patients, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This role includes responding to emergency calls, performing medical procedures under the scope of practice, and collaborating with paramedics and other healthcare professionals. The EMT will also be responsible for maintaining medical equipment and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance.
Qualifications
- Certified in Emergency Services, Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-stress situations and maintain composure
- Previous experience in emergency medical services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Advanced education in medical field is beneficial
- Valid Drivers License
