The ideal candidate must be an ADA Registered Dietitian, have a valid driver's license, and must have or aging population.

- Monday - Friday, 8a - 430p

Requirements of the Dietitian
- Must be ADA Registered Dietitian
- Must have a valid Driver's License
Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:
This position oversees all nutrition and nutrition-related education throughout the center, including:
- Developing comprehensive nutritional plans for each member, in line with his/her care plan
- Implementing nutrition-based care plans and supplements, then evaluating members for improvement/change
- Visiting in-home members to conduct initial intakes and dietary planning, then conducting ongoing visits/evaluation to check on progress and compliance
- Communicating nutritional plans to physicians, nurses, family members and caregivers
- Ensuring best practices are established and maintained in the LIFE Center kitchen and food prep areas, including food spoilage and sanitation
- Managing and working within the LIFE Center nutritional budget
- Working as part of a larger member interdisciplinary team, and serving as the voice of members’ nutrition/dietary needs
