Seniors Helping Seniors® Bethesda is a premium home care agency that matches retired, active seniors with seniors who need help to continue living independently. We are looking for a caregiver administrator to oversee and assist our team of caregivers. The caregiver administrator will work from home and be tasked with remotely overseeing our caregiver team and hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and direct calls as appropriate;
- Taking applicant phone calls and intelligently discussing caregiver position;
- Applicant outreach, screening, hiring, and onboarding;
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking in the designate CRM system;
- Manage job postings and respond to applicants in a timely manner;
- Caregiver management and oversight;
- Manage confidentiality of information;
- Developing strong camaraderie and working relationship with our caregivers;
- Ensure caregivers follow company policies and procedures;
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision;
- Ability to properly use relevant software applications and portals;
- Assist with caregiver payroll;
- Collaborate with the office team to enhance applicant retention and overall positive candidate experience;
- Maintain updated personnel files.
