Seniors Helping Seniors match mature adults with seniors who need help in order to remain living independently. We're seeking the best In-Home Caregivers in Stark and Summit Counties. Openings in both counties for men and women. No certifications required.
We offer flexible hours. Whether you want to work 4 hours a week or 40, we are here to support you by giving you an opportunity to help seniors while earning income and maintaining your lifestyle and hobbies.
Companionship, shopping, cooking a meal, pet care, minor housekeeping, or transporting a client, there are many ways you can help. Qualifications:
- Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, and cheerful disposition. 30 years old (helps with compatibility)
- Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must
- AHCA requires all caregivers to pass a background check. A fair amount of people knowingly or unknowingly are already cleared and we can easily help you check. If not, it's a simple process we'll walk you through

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate caregiving support to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Assist with medication reminders and transportation to appointments (mileage reimbursement provided) as needed.
- Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
