Seniors Helping Seniors matches mature adults with seniors who need help in order to remain living independently. We're seeking the best In-Home Caregivers in Southern Orange and Osceola Counties (Orlando, Conway, Belle Isle, Celebration, Four Corners, Williamsburg, Hunter's Creek, Lake Nona, Buena Ventura Lakes, Kissimmee, Poinciana, St. Cloud, Harmony etc.) No certifications required.
We offer flexible hours - choose your schedule. Whether you want to work 4 hours a week or 40, we are here to support you by giving you an opportunity to help seniors while earning income and maintaining your lifestyle and hobbies.
Companionship, shopping, cooking a meal, pet care, light housekeeping, or transporting a client, there are many ways you can help. Seniors Helping Seniors® thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing to maximize social engagement. The relationship that forms is rewarding for everyone!
Pay rate
- $15/hr
Qualifications:
- Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and are personable. 50 years old (helps with compatibility)
- Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must
- AHCA (Florida's Agency for Healthcare Administration) requires all caregivers to pass a background check. A fair amount of people knowingly or unknowingly are already cleared and we can easily help you check. If not, it's a simple process we'll walk you through.
