Under our unique model of peers-helping-peers, our older adult personal helpers/companions work one-on-one with elderly clients in the community, providing non-medical services that may include:
- Companionship
- Shopping/errands
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Activities
- Meal prep

Minimum Requirements:
- Older adult/retiree with 50 years of life experience
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
- Availability of at least 6-8 hours per week
- Possess a valid driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)
- Personal cell phone
- Private email account and ability to send/receive emails
- Conversational English fluency
- Live centrally in our Greater Boston/Metrowest service area with accessibility to multiple client locations including Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Dedham, Framingham, Jamaica Plain, Lexington, Medford, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, West Roxbury, Weston
