What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key point of contact for new clients, ensuring a warm and professional
introduction to our services
- Conduct home visits to assess client needs and match them with the right caregiver.
- Interview potential caregivers and assist in the hiring process.
- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and communications.
- Support the overall efficiency and organization of the office.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in office coordination or a related administrative role
- A background in healthcare, caregiving, or another medical-related field is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a heart for working with seniors
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- No specific licenses or certifications are required, but they are a plus
