Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Seniors Helping Seniors® Omaha is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of bringing love and dignity to the aging experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for new clients, ensuring a warm and professional

introduction to our services

  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and match them with the right caregiver.
  • Interview potential caregivers and assist in the hiring process.
  • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and communications.
  • Support the overall efficiency and organization of the office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in office coordination or a related administrative role
  • A background in healthcare, caregiving, or another medical-related field is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a heart for working with seniors
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • No specific licenses or certifications are required, but they are a plus
