Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration.
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records of client health status.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
