Job Description : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team in a mobile role. This position offers flexibility to create your own schedule while managing clients and caregivers through onsite assessments and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct onsite assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their care needs.
Manage and oversee the care provided by caregivers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure they meet the needs of clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
Participate in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Oversee the implementation and evaluation of client care services.
Participate in the review, analysis, and appraisal of the effectiveness of clients’ care plans
Assist the Sales / Marketing efforts of the provider as needed.
Qualifications :
Current license to practice as an RN in Georgia.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health / nursing home preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Compensation :
82 per client assessment plus mileage
45 per caregiver evaluation
45 an hour for all nursing tasks
45 an hour for nursing meetings
