We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the home care space to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and have a good understanding of office procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. There will be clients facing responsibilities as well as forming relationships with referral sources.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and communicate on phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Manage office operations and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and manage filing systems.
- Display a sense of urgency in coordinating client schedules
- Matching client schedules and needs with available pool of caregivers
- Receive and assist to investigate any client complaints or concerns
- Communicate agency policies and procedures to caregivers as needed
- Coordinate and communicate with On-Call staff to ensure transition to office hours
- Participates in Quality Improvement Program meetings and projects as requested.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews
- Maintain the general office filing system
- May need to perform client and sales visits as needed
- Performs other job-related tasks as delegated by the Administrator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Benefits include paid time off and other incentives

- 8 hours Monday to Friday

- Athens, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
