We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help us keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a good understanding of office procedures. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and communicate on phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Manage office operations and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and manage filing systems.
- Display a sense of urgency in coordinating client schedules
- Assist with hiring caregivers.
- Matching client schedules and needs with available pool of caregivers
- Receive and assist to investigate any client complaints or concerns
- Communicate agency policies and procedures to caregivers as needed
- Coordinate and communicate with On-Call staff to ensure transition to office hours
- Participates in Quality Improvement Program meetings and projects as requested.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Respond to prospective client enquiries as well as with existing clients.
- Performs other job-related tasks as delegated by Administrator.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
