We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our team.
In this role, you will coordinate scheduling for home care visits, ensuring that our clients receive timely and compassionate service.
This position begins at 20 hours per week with a potential to increase to 40 hours per week over time as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Schedules: Manage daily and weekly scheduling for home care visits, ensuring optimal coverage for our clients.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, caregivers, and administrative staff, relaying updates and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate scheduling records, logs, and documentation using our scheduling tools and software.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or changes in schedules to minimize disruptions in client care.
Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in a home care or healthcare setting is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Wellsky scheduling software and standard office applications.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours & Growth Opportunity:
