Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Supervisor to (i) recruit, interview, train, supervise, and support a team of Caregivers who provide companionship, homemaking, and personal care to seniors we serve; (2) perform in-home interviews and assessments with prospective Clients, create and maintain care plans, and schedule care teams to fulfill the care plan; and (3) monitor quality of care, Client satisfaction, and Caregiver satisfaction . This role combines strategic staffing, Client care management, and community outreach to ensure the highest quality of service for our senior Clients and Caregivers.
Required Qualifications
· Registered nurse or advanced practice registered nurse licensed by the Utah Department of Commerce; OR, certified nurse assistant with 2 years of experience in a personal care agency
· Valid driver’s license, reliable and insured transportation
· Ability to travel throughout Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Summit, Wastach, and Weber counties
· Frequent standing, walking, and light physical activity, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
· By law, fingerprinting / background check as well as tuberculosis (TB) skin test are required

Work Environment
· Virtual office with remote-office and field work
· Use of personal vehicle for regular travel to Client homes, recruitment and other events, and agency meetings/events (e.g., onboarding/orientation events, in-service events, etc.)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
